All services are by appointment only.

All clients are required to pay a $40 non refundable booking fee for all appointments.  The details on how to make this payment can be found in your booking confirmation email. This fee is deducted from the cost of the appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment, otherwise the booking fee will be lost. 
Students are required to pay a $300 non refundable deposit (per person per course). Deposits are completely non refundable but are transferable to another course. A change of date may be requested, approval is at the discretion of LASH DIVISION. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior the training day. Alternatively HUMM  may be used as a payment method. This is to be set up at the time of booking.

Please ensure that you are on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, although we will do our best, we may not be able to complete your treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and the booking fee will be lost.

We reserve the right to refuse a service to any person at any time.
